A Little About Me
I am so glad to be here at St. James Catholic School and back in the classroom after 15 years of administration. I have been an active member of St. Elizabeth Ann Seton Catholic Church for 25 years and have been with the Wichita Diocese Catholic Schools for 28 years. I am the mother of three boys ages 30, 22, and 20. I also have 2 dogs, Bonnie and Henry. I like to read, garden and sew when I have spare time.

Discipline: Respect is the main discipline in my classroom both to adults and toward other students.  Responsibility is very important and they will be developing this skill this year to ready them for

Homework: Students will have about 40 minutes of homework per night, but they do have ample time to work during the day when I am teaching the "other" class.  Homework is to be turned in every morning. If a student is having a hard time with an assignment, please contact me to let me know.

Course Study: Religion, Math, English, Reading, Spelling, Social Studies and Science. Religion and Math will be taught individually to the 5th and 6th grade students. All other classes will be taught together.

Religion & Mass: We attend Mass Tuesday through Friday. We are responsible for the Liturgy on Fridays. We are also privileged to lead the after Mass prayer.
